22 Aug Annual meeting 2024: Call for proposals

ACDE is presently accepting submissions from members who would like to propose their home city or community as the site of ACDE’s 2024 annual meeting. ACDE members who would like the fall 2024 meeting to take place in their local community are invited to submit a proposal to me before September 30, 2023. All proposals will be discussed and voted upon during this year’s annual meeting.
Those proposing their home city should be prepared to provide assistance with local tasks, such as identifying restaurant options, contacting an elder to request a territorial welcome, suggesting local guest speakers, and so on.
Past sites for the annual meeting have included Charlottetown, Winnipeg, Quebec City, Ottawa, Calgary and Montreal.
