This year the European Education Research Association’s (EERA) annual education conference, the European Conference of Education Research.
WERA had a special symposium to commemorate ten years of existence. The session was titled “Educational Assessment in an ERA of Innovative Learning Technologies: New Challenges, New Solutions?” The chair of the session was Joe O’Hara, President and WERA Representative of EERA and the session was compiled by Ingrid Gogolin, WERA President. The first presenter was Åsa Hirsh with “Benefits and Challenges of Learning Technologies for Educational Assessment” as her topic. Jesús Miguel Rodríguez Mantilla, the second presenter, had Teacher Training in Assessment Techniques in A Technological ERA as his topic. The final presenter was Mario Azevedo who presented on Teacher Resilience in an Era of Risk.
