To the many friends and colleagues of John Freeman,

It is with the greatest sorrow that I announce the sudden death of our valued colleague and friend, Dr. John Freeman. John died peacefully in the evening of Tuesday, August 1.
As you go through your day today, take a moment to be thankful for the opportunity to have shared a part of your life with John. I know he was very thankful for having all of you in his life.
I am in close contact with his family and they are currently making arrangements to honour his life. I will share this information as soon as they have finalized the arrangements.
